Membership applications are made online through this secure portal. Create an account, complete the registration form, and our officers will review your application.
What you will need
- Your 11-digit National Identification Number (NIN). You do not need to upload your NIN slip.
- A recent, clear head-and-shoulders passport photograph (JPG, PNG or WebP; maximum 5 MB).
- Your residential address in Abuja.
- Your Owerri LGA / area of origin and town, community or village.
- Your employer or business name.
- Name, relationship, phone number and email address of your next of kin.

Eligible areas of origin: Owerri Municipal, Owerri North, Owerri West, Ngor-Okpala / Okpala.
After you submit
Reference number
You receive a reference such as DOA-MEM-2026-000001 immediately.
Review
Officers may ask for more information or a correction. You can update and resubmit online.
Approval
Approved members receive a membership number and a downloadable membership card.
